This grant will provide free registration for the workshop and symposium and participation in the social program including the gala dinner on Thursday evening.

Successful applicants will receive notification of acceptance electronically from the Scientific Committee.

Note: Travel expenses and accommodation are not included.

Application Conditions

  • Applicants must be a PhD student or postgraduate.
  • Applications must be submitted by 30 mars, 2023.
  • Applicants must submit an abstract for an oral or poster presentation of a recent, original study and they be the first author. The study must pertain to the student's or postdoctoral's current work.
  • All documents should be submitted by email in PDF or Word files. Incomplete or late submissions will NOT be considered.

Application form must be accompanied by:

  • A cover letter stating the candidate's motivation in requesting the grant.
  • A copy of the abstract, which also has to be submitted through the online absract submission system on this web site. Please use the sytle sheet provided.
  • A letter of recommendation from one well-known member of your laboratory/field stating why you are a possible candidate to receive the Young Scientist Grant.
  • For students, a copy of your student card (or any other document that shows student status, in English)
  • For post-doctorants, a copy of your contract stating your post-doctral status.
