Due to many requests, Microgenomics 2023 is going hybrid!

It is necessary to register for the symposium (a fee is requested to cover costs) on the Registration page of the web site. Links for the hybrid connection will be given only to those participants whose registration fee has been received before the event.

The 3rd International Symposium on Microgenomics 2023 to be held on June 29-30, 2023 at the University of Florence (UNIFI), Learning Center Morgagni  (Centro Didattico Morgagni), located on Viale G.B. Morgagni 40-44, Florence, Italy will be focused on new methodologies and strategies for rare and small sample analysis including all scientific fields from agriculture to medicine. During the symposium, international experts in their fields will be present to give very exciting talks in the following sessions: (1) Methodological Approaches & Instruments; (2) Solid-tissue Analysis & Spatial Omics; (3) Circulating BiomarkersEV & Single Cells; (4) Integrative Analysis from Omics to Bioinformatics. Subjects such as laser microdissection, spatial-omics, liquid biopsy, solid tissue analysis, digital-PCR, extracellular vesicles (EV), the role of EV in the gut-brain axis, two-tailed PCR, circulating RNA and DNA, epigenetics, multi-omics, integrative bioinformatics, single-cell sequencing and much more will be discussed. A Technical Workshop will also precede the symposium on June 28 for all those interested in molecular biomarkersspatial-transcriptomics and single-cell analysisextracellular vesicles and dPCR and microgenomics.
